Aviation Global Conference

This client came to us seeking to elevate a traditional business meeting into an immersive three-day conference experience for 600 executives from around the world.

Our task was to design, produce, and execute a comprehensive event that would effectively communicate the future of the business and strategies for continued mutual success in the aviation industry. The scope included a general session, welcome reception, eight separate breakout sessions, and a formal dinner.

Working closely with our client to understand their messaging goals, we ensured their information remained at the forefront throughout the event. The client had already developed a branded theme featuring curved, wavy lines, which became the foundation for our physical set design. We created a flexible environment that could seamlessly accommodate various types of media, image magnification, and client-provided content while maintaining clear visual communication to an audience of this size.

Our signature element was a 200-foot curved LED wall that served as both a blank canvas for client content and a physical representation of their brand graphics. The wall was strategically divided into three sections—a stage backdrop and two flanking walls—with breaks between each piece that allowed backstage access for presenters while appearing seamless to the audience. This configuration enabled us to overlay image magnification, PowerPoint presentations, video playback, and other content across a wall-to-wall display that commanded attention and reinforced messaging.

To maximize audience engagement throughout the program, we integrated interactive elements including wireless microphones for Q&A sessions and live polling via iPads at each table. We collaborated with the client to develop an agenda that kept all attendees involved while maintaining focus on their core messaging and information objectives.
